At Ruiz 4 Kids, we know one child can make a difference. We began in 1990 because of one ill child. The high quality of care provided by a local children’s hospital, inspired a group of Ruiz Foods employees to find a way to help other kids.

 

Since that day in 1990, Ruiz 4 Kids has become an important link in providing resources and programs to enhance and improve the lives of children and youth—due to just one child.

Ruiz 4 Kids is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization formed in 1990 Started by the employees of Ruiz Foods—makers of El Monterey frozen Mexican food—to benefit children and youth in the company’s surrounding communities. Our focus is providing resources to enhance and improve the lives of kids.
